Intelligent manufacturing and the deep integration of industrialization and informatization have become the core of the new wave of industrial revolution.At present,the research on intelligent manufacturing,informationization and automation is very hot,and the macro strategy and framework research are very rich.Each module also has many targeted research results.Among them,there is relatively little research on the application of on-site implementation,especially the combination of work flow and related business specifications.In this paper,the position and function of the CNC machining system in the enterprise intelligent manufacturing implementation framework;the informatization of the CNC machining system,the three core elements of the NC program,tool,processing state monitoring generation,circulation and summary process have been studied.Provide theoretical and practical guidance for enterprises to better build a standardized and efficient CNC machining system.This paper discusses the position and function of the CNC machining system in the enterprise intelligent manufacturing implementation framework,and analyzes the state,management focus,management requirements,etc.of the enterprise in the NC machining system construction,which is involved in the construction of the CNC machining system.The key technologies were elaborated and the technical path was developed.The three core elements of NC program,tool and machining state monitoring in the information CNC machining system have been studied.According to the idea of lean management,the related operating specifications such as NC program format,tool information remarks,monitoring acquisition methods and statistical accounting standards were studied.Through research and practice,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)Based on the in-depth study of the technical means and management mode of CNC machining system construction in the process of intelligent manufacturing implementation,the NC machining system model based on information resource management in discrete manufacturing industry is constructed.It includes the operation process planning including the NC programming simulation,tool resource management,machine tool monitoring and other related modules,and the design of relevant management specifications.(2)Through the relationship between the data,the tool dynamic inventory early warning management model is proposed.(3)Taking H company as an example,the research on the construction and implementation of CNC machining system includes task input,NC program simulation,program transfer and verification,tool plan development,tool resource management,NC program and tool information interaction.As well as visual monitoring of processing status,it basically covers all aspects of the whole process of CNC machining system construction,and realizes the construction of CNC machining system based on information resource management.The conclusions of this paper can provide management inspiration for building intelligent manufacturing systems based on mechanical processing.
