With the development of information technology,the management mode of enterprises has also changed.The backward management mode of manufacturing enterprises hinders the realization of information management at the bottom of manufacturing industry,and seriously restricts the information management of production and operation.Based on the requirement of information management in manufacturing field,this paper develops a production process information management system for box-type parts,which realizes the functions of real-time collection of production process information and part size detection based on machine vision.In this paper,through the box type parts production characteristics and process flow for specific analysis,in accordance with the specific functional requirements,design system architecture,function model,network structure and system design principles,complete the overall structure of the system structures.Then,the hardware selection and software design of the machine vision parts size detection system are completed.In terms of hardware,according to the specific requirements of box-type parts detection,hardware selection and a brief introduction to the performance of each hardware,through the analysis of a variety of light source lighting types and methods,select a reasonable light source lighting program.On the software side,HALCON is used to design image preprocessing,edge detection,size detection operator.A 3×3 standard calibration board is generated by the calibration board generating function of HALCON,and the camera is calibrated to complete the measurement of the corresponding quality index of the target box part.Finally,this text regards Windows operating system as the platform,use Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 as the development tool,C# for the development language,use Microsoft SQL Server 2015 to build the database,has designed the interface and logic code of the information management system software of the machining process in detail.And for each functional module of the operation and function of the realization of a detailed introduction,through the experimental test system of each functional module work,evaluate the system function module is stable,whether it meets the function need.The machining process information management system of box parts designed in this paper can quickly and efficiently collect all kinds of production process information and arrange them in the system database,and the machine vision parts dimension detection system can accurately measure the data of the target quality parameters of box parts and generate detection reports back to the machining process information management system.Greatly improve the level of enterprise information and production management capabilities and efficiency,has a certain theoretical and practical value.
