Homestay Interior Design Research Based On The House Renovation Of Stores And Folk Houses In Pingyao Ancient City

The traditional residential architecture is the local history and culture,art and technology,carrier of humanistic thought and aesthetic taste.Chinese with the continuous improvement of economic level,people pay more attention to the regional culture with local culture grow with each passing day,the theme of tourism by tourists.So,this paper chooses the Pingyao County shop houses as the research object,To explore the correspondence between traditional shop houses and Homestay industry,on the basis of learning from the cultural connotation of traditional shop houses,and transformation into modern room space.Not only carry forward regional traditional culture connotation,and better the traditional roots of modern homestay space.At the same time,it can stimulate the awareness of the protection of the traditional shop houses,and provide reference value for the development and protection of traditional houses.This paper is divided into four parts.First of all,this paper analyzes the types,characteristics and values of the local houses in Pingyao County by literature analysis and field investigation,and chose the shop to conduct in-depth research,to analyze the existing problems in the Pingyao County Hostel.Secondly,from the factors of formation,layout,interface processing,display art,as well as cultural symbols and other aspects of the local residential space for analysis.Thirdly,based on previous theoretical study and field research,put forward to the shop houses of Pingyao County into a homestay space strategy,?From the cultural continuity,function conversion,technical support,analyze the correspondence between the traditional shop houses and hostel space,feasibility and difficulty of reconstruction were evaluated.?The shop houses will be transformed into residential design principles of pension summed up in five points.From the whole perspective:the new melt in the old,micro reconstruction;From the point of view of practical function:form reservation,function transformation;From the perspective of cultural continuity:heritage,return to the local;From the perspective of open innovation:keeping pace with the times,sustainable development;From the point of view of development and protection:moderate design and overall coordination.?The case study is used to analyze the excellent cases,in order to refine for shop houses into reconstruction design method of homestay.The layout of the traditional residential layout is optimized;The use of geometric and transparent approach to simplify the processing of the space interface,while achieving a limited effect;The furnishings of the new integration of art,fun and clever used;Heritage of local materials,innovative modern materials;Variation and reorganization of cultural symbols in material,size and form;The application of new technology to make up for the shortcomings of traditional residential space.Lastly,according to the theories of homestay reform practice to evidence of the research value and significance of this topic.
