Research On Method Of Product Innovative Design Based On Design Patent

China is a manufacturing power as manufacturing is one of the pillar industries in China.After decades of rapid development,the growth rate has gradually slowed down.Increasing industrial added value has become the o nly way for the development of manufacturing and the important factor to equipment manufacturing and the improvement of the industrial added value.For enterprises,the value of patents has been not only reflected in the protection of products,but also a v aluable source of data in the process of product innovation,design and developmen t.By researching patents,not only can we learn about the latest technology,experience,market dynamics and design trends,but also effectively protect the rights and inter ests of the enterprise and avoid unnecessary violations.At present,research on p atent knowledge-assisted innovation methods in academia mainly focuses on invention patents and utility model patents,and there are few studies on design patents.The purpose of this research was to explore the product design method under patent thinking,and then provided method guidance for product innovation design.This paper adopted interdisciplinary research,combining legal research and design research,and explored product innovation design from the perspective of methodology.Through case analysis and user research,etc.,we will study the related legal knowledge of design patents in China and the design space of different industrial products,dug out the key content of law in the process of infringement determination and product innovation,and then used design logic theory as a tool to combine design methodology and patent thinking for exploring the factors associated with product design under patent thinking,and analyzed and deduced product innovation design patterns to form an effective patent d ata analysis system and product innovation design method.Finally,through the form of product design practice,with the use of literature research,quantitative analysis and other methods,the author verified and summarized the research results.This article integrated patent thinking into design research,through the mining of patent knowledge,summarize d the key points of innovative design under the protection of design pat ents,and formed a set of reference and effective product appearance innova tive design methods.The innovation part of this article mainly includes: first,through the mining and research of patent knowledge and related cases,for several special definitio n forms outside the scope of protection of design patents,a reasonable reference and utilization method in product design was proposed.Second,through the relevant theoretical research on the design space of the exterior design,this paper summarize d the key elements of the design space,such as design points,design elements,functio n and decoration dimension values,and the existing design crowding degree.Third,based on patent thinking,with the analysis method of design logic theory,this paper summarized the relevant factors of product i nnovation design,established the design patent data analysis concept system and the application process of product design system based on patent thinking,and summarized three links of the product design research.The three links are: task front-end retrieval and analysis,patent information integration and analysis,and design output.Finally,taking e-cigarette product design as an example,combined with the product design system application process,product design innovation practice was carried out.
