Method And Application Of Design-driven Innovation Patent Design Around

Today's society,technology is developing rapidly,the product has more and more kinds of the function of the technology because of the product diversification.There are more and more patent to protect the the technology,So establish a mechanism of the patent design around to guide the enterprise to carry out product innovation is become more and more important.Patent design around is based on the study of existing patent document to achieve product design,to avoid being behind the others.Its purpose is to capture the maximum minimum input design results.But the traditional patent design around lack of research to circumvent the direction,the result is that the commodity is behind the others.Design drive innovation advocate the innovation of the design direction.So can the Design drive innovation make up for the inadequacy of the patent design around.In order to sole the above problems This study puts forward a design-driven innovation patent design around.The method adopts the patent map analysis to obtain the product function that has the research value,and then according to the different design requirements to using 9-windows and Technology evolution law to get the improvement direction of product function.At the last,In order to realize the design direction for the purpose,analysis the product and related patents.In view of this goal,this paper made some research from the following aspects:1.Analysis the value of the existence patent design around,the Operating mode and the he specific content and different stages of sustainable product design.2.Based on the patent knowledge,built a function matrix to help the designer find out the value function of the product,and analyze the target function,in order to know in what aspects to improve the design of product.3.Aim at the target function,using the 9-windows to get out the user requirement,using technology evolution law to get the product innovation direction,and then to design around with the direction.Combing with the design direction that is given,using the technical insight principle and TRIZ to solution the conflict,building the design-driven innovation process.4.Establish a patent design around method,combined with the strategy for processing the demand information of the demands of consumers and the strategy for achieving requirements of the demands of consumers.5.Finally,with the eraser and winch products innovation design as the example to improve the practical of the method.
