| Excessive carbon dioxide emissions are considered to be the main cause of global warming,so many countries have formulated a variety of carbon emission policies,such as carbon taxes,carbon emission caps,and carbon cap-and-trade policies.With the advocacy of "sustainable development" and "circular economy",recycling and remanufacturing have become increasingly important.T he carbon emissions cost is incorporated into the recycling and remanufacturing system,which will have an impact on production decisions.Remanufacturing can bring good economic and environmental benefits,but there are a series of uncertain factors in the remanufacturing process,such as the quality status and the recycled quantity for end-of-life products,and market demand for remanufactured products,resulting in the uncertainty of carbon dioxide emissions and the production volume of remanufactured pr oducts,which makes production decisions more complicated.Therefore,how to establish a remanufacturing model based on uncertain factors under the carbon emission policy to obtain the optimal production decisions is an urgent problem to be solved.In view of the above problems,under the carbon cap-and-trade policy,the end-oflife machine tools are taken as an example to study,and a multi-product production decision model under quality uncertainty and a production decision model under multiple uncertainty coupling are constructed.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Consider the quality uncertainty,and use remanufacturing processing time to describe the quality of end-of-life products.From the economic point of view of remanufacturing companies,only considering the impact of uncertain quality on processing costs,a multi-product production decision model considering budget and loss risk constraints is established under the carbon cap-and-trade policy.Based on this model,a multi-product production decision model considering the impact of uncertain quality on carbon dioxide emissions is constructed.(2)On the basis of quality uncertainty,considering the uncertainty of the recycled quantity of end-of-life products and the market demand for rem anufactured products,from the economic point of view of remanufacturing companies,a production decision model under the uncertainty of unit carbon d ioxide emissions is established under the carbon cap-and-trade policy.On this model,considering the influence of uncertain quality on carbon dioxide emissions,a production decision model under the uncertainty of unit carbon dioxide emissions is established.(3)Numerical simulation is carried out in the proposed model.For the multi-product production decision-making model,the research results show that,remanufacturing companies can obtain more profits and less carbon dioxide emissions under varying carbon dioxide emissions;the optimal remanufacturing processing time threshold has nothing to do with the constraints,but the optimal remanufactured products increase with the increase in the budget and the loss.For the production decision models under multiple uncertainty coupling,when the different function distributions are satisfied by uncertain factors,the optimal reprocessing time critical value and maximum profit are obtained.And the sensitivity analysis of important parameters is carried out in the remanufacturing process,the results show that when the carbon trading price increases,the optimal r eprocessing time threshold and maximum profit are gradually reduced;carbon quotas have no effect on the optimal remanufacturing time threshold,but the maximum profit increases as the carbon quota increases. |
