Remanufacturing is a kind of recycling process,which can effectively utilize the waste resources,and can turn used components to “like-new” products.But the remanufacturing industry in China started late,usually for scrap products to carry out remanufacturing,this way of remanufacturing will increase the complexity of remanufacturing due to the uncertainty of the component failure state and the degree of failure.Therefore,it is of great significance to make an active decision on when and how to implement remanufacturing.Based on the National Key Technology R&D Program of China(2012BAF02B03),the National Natural Science Foundation of China(51675388),and the Youth Science and Technology Program of Wuhan(2014070404010214)project,a systematic study is carried on remanufacturing time and remanufacturing process planning.The main research contents are as follows.Firstly,according to the relationship between remanufacturing and the life cycle,the content of proactive remanufacturing is explained,and the main characteristics of proactive remanufacturing are summarized.A model of electromechanical product proactive remanufacturing process,which included objective layer,process layer,and technology layer,is presented,and carries on the analysis research.Secondly,the theoretical basis of electromechanical product proactive remanufacturing timing based on multi-life characteristics is analyzed,the process framework of electromechanical product proactive remanufacturing timing based on multi-life characteristics is established,including determination of key parts of electromechanical products based on entropy weight and improved TOPSIS method;the Weibull distribution,Markov forecasting and minimum annual average cost is employed to evaluate the life from the physical,the technological and economic of key parts;consideration of key parts physical life,technological life,the economic life as well as the relationship between parts life,a model of electromechanical product proactive remanufacturing timing is constructed.Thirdly,a decision framework of proactive remanufacturing process scheme is presented.A three-dimensional evaluation index system including technology,economy,and resource-environment is presented.An evaluation model of proactive remanufacturing process scheme based on vector analysis is proposed to choose the best solution for proactive remanufacturing process scheme.Finally,the timing determination and the process scheme decision of engine have been taken as an example to illustrate the feasibility of the above method.
