| With people’s reliance on and demand for electronic products growing at work and in their daily lives, the number of obsolete electronic products to be eliminated has been steadily increasing due to the acceleration of the upgrading of electronic products. In the context of the increasingly prominent resources and the environment, and consumers’ growing awareness of environmental protection, relevant government departments of all countries have begun to attach great importance to the recovery and remanufacturing activities of enterprises.Under the relevant rewards and punishments policies of government participation, manufacturing enterprises’ manufacturing decisions face severe challenges in adapting to new policies and different consumer markets.Remanufactured products save 40%to 65%of the cost and 85%of the energy requirement relative to new products. Therefore, according to government policies and different consumer markets, enterprises should formulate remanufacturing production strategies reasonably to maximize their own interests while reducing the harm to the environment.Based on the literature review and theory of remanufacturing decision making and considering the different types of consumer markets and the impact of government rewards and punishments and related policies, this paper studies the decision-making of remanufacturing production in enterprises,Remanufacturing two phases of production decision model for enterprises in different consumer markets under the government reward and punishment mechanism. On this basis, the strategies of government rewards and punishments on the remanufacturing of enterprises in different types of consumer markets are discussed respectively, including the optimal production strategy and the optimal pricing strategy. Finally, the validity of the model is verified through an example analysis.Through the research of this paper,it is found that under the background of government carbon emission reduction policy, consumers have heterogeneous demand for rework products and new products in the face of different types of market environment.Under the independent demand market and alternative demand market environment, the transaction price of unit carbon emissions has obvious regulation and control over the carbon emissions and output of manufacturing enterprises. In the market of alternative demand, due to carbon emissions constraints, companies will choose to re-create production to maximize profits. In the market of independent demand and the market of alternative demand, the greater the carbon emission saving and the cost saving in manufacturing remanufactured products have a significant effect on reducing production costs and achieving energy saving and emission reduction.Consumers preference for re-products has a positive impact on the implementation of remanufacturing. As consumer awareness of environmental protection is gradually increasing, consumers’preference for re-products in the face of product selection will encourage enterprises to actively implement re-manufacturing processes manufacturing production. When the government sets the unit transaction price of carbon emissions and the unit price growth rate of carbon emission during the remanufacturing process, the government can play an incentive role in implementing remanufacturing production within a reasonable range. |
