| Efficient air intake filtration system is the key to prevent fouling,erosion and corrosion in the flow passage of the gas turbine.At the same time,the pressure drop needs to be kept within the allowable range.The high efficiency filter is the core component of the air intake filtration system and its performance is good or bad directly affects the air intake filtration system.The rainy weather or smog environment leads to frequent accidents in which the high-efficiency filter resistance rises sharply,which seriously affects the normal operation of the gas turbine unit.Therefore,this thesis focuses on the filtration performance and water endurance of five kinds of F9 filter materials and their filter elements.The experimental study compared the effects of filter media type and filter preparation process on filtration performance,and measured the resistance and efficiency changes of the filter element under different droplet concentrations.It provides a reference for the operation and maintenance of gas turbine air intake filtration system and the development of high efficiency moisture resistant filter.In this thesis,the surface morphology,filter material thickness,grammage and pore size of the five kinds of filter materials,as well as the water absorption rate,wet gas permeability retention rate,wet tensile strength retention rate and filtration performance of the filter materials were studied in detail,and the filter material structure and the effect of fiber material on its performance,experimental research found that the filter performance of the filter material in the dry state mainly depends on the filter material structure,the composite filter material has a higher quality factor than the traditional single filter material;and the filter material is mainly resistant to water.Depending on the fiber content of the filter material,the non-plant fiber component can effectively reduce the water absorption of the filter material and improve its Water enduranceIn this thesis,the performance of the first dust-tolerant cycle of the filter element was evaluated by using the detection system that meets the international test standards.The influence of the preparation process on the initial filtration performance of the filter was studied.It was found that the use of hot melt adhesive to separate the filter paper can effectively improve the filter performance of the filter element.By comparing the relationship between the filter material and the filter performance of the corresponding filter element,it is concluded that the resistance of the filter element is composed of structural resistance and medium resistance,and the efficiency is one level higher than the filter material.At the same time,summarize the law of the pressure drop and efficiency are changed with the dust capacity.Using the newly built filter element moisture resistance performance evaluation device,the water endurance of the filter element was studied,and the resistance change of the filter element affected by the water mist was recorded in real time,and the filtration efficiency of the filter element before and after the experiment was compared,and the water mist was determined for different materials.The influence of the filtration performance of the filter element is obtained.The experimental results show that the filter element is affected by the water mist and the efficiency of the filter.The experimental results show that the moisture resistance of the filter element mainly depends on the filter material.By selecting the filter material with good water endurance,the filter element can be guaranteed under the wet condition.The efficiency does not decrease;and the increase in filter resistance is mainly caused by the droplets blocking the pores of the fibers,and it is necessary to ensure the pressure drop is stabilized by improving the entire filtration system. |
