| The development of BIM technology in China is becoming more and more mature,the design of commercial complexes has become increasingly complex,the application of BIM technology in the design stage of commercial complexes is further improved,and the value generated in practical applications is also increasing.How to evaluate and improve the application value of BIM technology in the design stage of commercial complexes has also become an important research topic.This article selected the application value of the commercial complex design stage as the starting point,and sorted out the application situation of BIM technology in the stage of commercial complex design and the development status at home and abroad.Combined with the application of the most advanced design general contracting and BIM general contracting application modes,elaborated the various impacts of this application mode on the design work of the commercial complex,and then summarized the application value points in the application process.The application value points were subdivided into design aspects and model aspects as the value evaluation of specific evaluation objects.First,a questionnaire survey was used to specifically evaluate the application value of BIM technology in the design stage of a commercial complex.The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the highest value point is the integrated design and model of the electromechanical pipeline,and the lowest value point is the building energy analysis and landscape professional model.The point of low value and high potential value was BIM forward design and beam-slab-column structure model.Combined with the actual case of Xuchang Wanda Plaza,the application and value of BIM technology in the design stage of the project were verified,and the relevant application data showed that BIM technology played a greater role in improving design efficiency,economic efficiency,and design quality value.Secondly,the application value of electromechanical pipeline synthesis in the design stage of Xuchang Wanda Plaza was analyzed.The results showed that BIM technology can significantly reduce design errors and omissions,and greatly improved the application value of electromechanical pipeline synthesis design and models.Finally,the questionnaire survey showed that the professional model of beam-slab-column structure is a low-value and high-potential value point.This value point was studied in the steel bar modeling of Xuchang Wanda Plaza.The secondary development of Dynamo greatly improved the modeling efficiency,indicating that the low value is high Potential value points have greater potential.This paper was drawn the following three research conclusions: BIM technology has greater application value in the design stage of commercial complexes,electromechanical pipeline integration has the largest application value in the design stage of commercial complexes,and the potential of low-value and high-potential value points was greater.Based on the research conclusions,the author proposed to focus on the three dimensions of the application value of BIM technology,the basic research and secondary development,and the increase in hardware and software investment from the perspective of consciousness.Provide advice on application value.The research results of this article can provide reference for the theoretical research on the application value of BIM technology in the design stage of commercial complexes,as well as provided reference for the design practice of commercial complex projects. |
