| The RCC dam has been widely applied worldwide for its fast construction speed,reliable construction quality and convenient construction mechanization.However,the RCC dam construction process is a highly complex dynamic system.The large scale of construction,high pouring intensity during peak period,long construction process affected by many factors have brought great challenges to construction organization management.Construction simulation technology is a scientific and effective technical means to analyze the construction process of RCC dam.Among them,machinery failure often occurs during the construction of RCC dam,which affects the normal construction progress.At present,based on Discrete Event Simulation(DES),the RCC dam construction simulation model lacks effective consideration and analysis of the impact of machinery failure,which is difficult to accurately simulate the dam construction process and reduces the accuracy of the simulation results to some extent.The System Dynamics(SD)method widely used in many fields of natural sciences and social management because of its advantages in causal feedback relationship analysis of system variables from the perspective of the system as a whole.At the same time,it has also been well applied in the engineering field.Since the DES method has the characteristics of being able to analyze the details of the system,the coupling of SD and DES can better solve the problem of complex systems combining the advantages of both.In this study,a SD-DES coupling simulation model for RCC dam construction considering machinery failure is proposed,and the research on RCC construction simulation under the condition of considering the influence of machinery failure is carried.Firstly,with the advantage of SD to analyze the behavioral characteristics of the roller operating system and the causal feedback relationship of the machinery operation,failure,maintenance and other behaviors in the system,an SD model considering the influence of construction machinery failure is established.Secondly,using the rolling construction time as the interface variable of the SD model and the DES model,the SD-DES coupling simulation model of the RCC dam construction is established,which achieved the analysis of the impact of machinery failure on the construction progress and effectively improvd the accuracy of the simulation.Finally,the coupling model is applied to the simulation analysis of a RCC dam in Southwest China.The application results show that the construction simulation model coupled with SD-DES can effectively reflect the impact of machinery failure on the construction progress.The simulation result is more realistic than the traditional simulation results.This method effectively improves the accuracy of the simulation results.The method provides scientific theoretical and technical support for the rational formulation of the construction plan and the management decision of the construction site. |
