With the rapid development of modernization process,industry of large-scale construction project in China has entered into rapid development.Not only large scale construction project is an important part of the engineering field,but also a very important part of the national economy.However,the rapid development of engineering industry in China has brought tremendous economic pressure to the construction industry,what's more,schedule delay of construction has also become an urgent problem to be solved.There has been more phenomenon of schedule delay which can not be controlled effectively because of the appearance of uncertainties in the statistics of delay loss of project progress in our country.Therefore,this paper has researched on the large scale construction project construction schedule risk coupling model and risk coupling analysis system using the theory of risk management,mathematical statistics and project management,which is of great practical significance to improve the level of risk management in the construction process.This paper has researched schedule risk coupling and simulation in large-scale construction project construction mainly from the following five aspects.Firstly,this paper has summarized the relative theory of risk coupling in the domestic and overseas.Secondly,the paper has defined meaning of schedule risk and summarized genre of risk coupling in construction schedule based on the analysis of the characteristics of construction schedule risk and the meaning of schedule risk coupling in large-scale construction project.Thirdly,there has designed questionnaire survey from five aspects: personnel,equipment,materials,methods and environment based on the relevant literature and practical investigation and then using the sampling survey of domestic related engineering staff and the data obtained by mathematical statistics method to extract the risk factors in the project construction progress.Fourthly,in order to build the simulation of the construction schedule risk coupling,not only does it introduce the model of construction schedule risk coupling,but also this paper has constructed the construction schedule risk coupling analysis system,which includes the brief introduction of each module and the interface of the system.What's more,this paper has also verified a unit project of large-scale construction project of one university,that the results show that the risk analysis of coupled system with efficiency and high value in real-time dynamic management of construction schedule risk is feasible.At last,this paper summarizes conclusions and innovation points of the research and points out the deficiencies which need to improve to indicate the direction for the follow-up study.This paper has introduced the concept of coupling to construction schedule risk management of large-scale construction project and used theories of mathematical statistics,project management and computer simulation to build the analysis system of construction schedule risk coupling,which has the innovation in the large-scale construction engineering project construction schedule risk management.There has indicated the inherent disciplines of interaction of construction schedule risk through building the mode of construction schedule risk coupling,which will be conducive to the initiation and evolution of the prevention and correction of risk in engineering project construction progress,improve the level of risk management of construction progress and promote construction industry in China.
