| In order to ensure the travel convenience of each city,each city has increased the construction of urban rail project.At present,under the circumstance that urban rail engineering has become the main mode of transportation in major cities in China,the new construction of urban rail engineering has become the main trend of urban rail engineering development at the present stage in China.Compared with the traditional construction mode,there are more uncontrollable factors in urban rail construction.However,the control of construction schedule is the most complicated among many factors,which is especially obvious in the process of urban rail construction.The construction of the entire urban rail project needs to be carried out under a variety of constraints and changes in a variety of external factors,with a variety of risks,and the traditional project management means and schedule plan have been unable to fully apply.The traditional method of project schedule planning has been widely used in the project schedule planning of various industries.They have their own advantages,but at the same time,they have their own limitations.This thesis takes the work schedule of urban rail engineering project as the research object and analyzes the schedule planning mode and method of urban rail engineering construction project with many uncertain factors.Based on the study of project management literature at home and abroad,this thesis describes the current progress planning method of urban rail construction project with the method of key chain.Because the traditional key chain method adopts the uniform proportion calculation method in the calculation of buffer time,such as the common 50%,but this algorithm does not consider the actual engineering characteristics.In this study,the improved critical chain scheduling method was used to introduce the actual urban rail engineering project into the progress plan,and the improved critical chain scheduling method was established.Finally,the differences between the improved critical chain and the traditional progress planning method were studied and compared.Compared with the general critical chain scheduling method,the improved critical chain scheduling method established in this study can better conform to the actual project situation and improve the project execution performance,and also provide a reference for the future industrial introduction of improved critical chain scheduling technology in the project schedule. |
