Research On Optimization Of Comprehensive Budget Management Of S Transmission And Transformation Engineering Company Based On Project Management Perspective

As one of the basic energy sources for the sustainable development of national construction and people’s life,the power industry is developing rapidly.In this context,the competition in the power industry is increasingly fierce.Effective cost control is the key factor for modern enterprises to gain competitive advantage.Cost budget management is not only the premise of cost control,but also the standard of cost control and evaluation of control effect.However,in terms of the current situation of China’s power construction enterprises,most of them have weak awareness of cost budget control,lack of overall project cost budget management mechanism,and are difficult to accurately budget and control the cost,which seriously affects the overall competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,how to carry out effective project cost budget management has become an important issue for power construction enterprises to think about.Therefore,this thesis taking S Engineering Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as S company)in the power industry as the research object,analyzes the current situation of the company’s project cost budget management,and finds that it has some problems,because of these problems,seriously affect the effectiveness of the company’s cost control and the completion of the company’s business objectives.Based on the combination of project management and budget management,this thesis puts forward the optimization scheme from the aspects of mechanism,division of labor and process of project cost budget management,and puts forward other measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the scheme.It is expected that the research results of this thesis will not only help S Company to make more detailed and accurate engineering cost budget,help enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency,but also provide useful views for other power construction enterprises.
