Study On Cost Control Optimization Of Y Engineering Project Based On Earned Value Method

With the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process and the continuous improvement of national living standards,the construction industry has become one of the pillar industries of my country’s national economy.At present,the market competition among the construction industry has also become extremely fierce.Construction companies need to improve their own cost control level to ensure the profitability of the project,so as to improve their competitiveness to gain a foothold in the industry.However,most construction companies in my country have not achieved effective cost control.Traditional cost control methods can no longer meet the current cost control needs.Construction companies urgently need advanced cost control methods to help the smooth completion of engineering projects.And then effectively control the cost of engineering projects to better improve corporate revenue.This article through to ST company Y engineering project as an example to optimize cost control research,first by looking at the project cost control study of relevant literature both at home and abroad,from the project cost control on the basis of related concepts and theories,combined with the Y project in the second quarter of 2020 financial data,analysis about the present situation of Y of the project cost control,cost overruns phenomenon,have been found through analysis indicates that the main reason is cost overruns cost control consciousness weak,advanced cost control method is not enough,the lack of dynamic cost control,cost and the progress of separation and so on.Combination of earned value method to design the cost control optimization scheme is applied to the foundation construction phase cost analysis,using the ABC classification to material of fine management and puts forward Suggestions for the effective control of labor,the practice shows that the implementation of the cost control after optimization scheme can better control the cost,in order to guarantee the implementation of cost control optimization scheme,finally put forward the suitable protection measures Y engineering project cost control.The following conclusions are drawn: the introduction of earned value method can effectively control Y project cost;The cost control of engineering projects should be closely linked with the cost and schedule to provide reference and guidance for similar engineering projects.The paper has 8 pictures,20 tables,and 50 references.
