At present,China's reform and opening up process is deepening,and urbanization is developing very fast.As a result,it has also greatly promoted the development and growth of China's construction industry.So far,the construction industry is one of the pillar industries in China.The construction quality of the construction industry will be directly related to the property safety and even life safety of the people.Therefore,we must pay attention to and strengthen the construction management of construction projects.For any construction enterprise,when facing the increasingly fierce and even cruel market environment,it must pay more attention to construction management,and find scientific and effective solutions as far as possible to improve the project management control level,maximize the economic benefits of the project and further improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise.However,the project cost budget and project cost control of most construction enterprises are rough and single,which really can not effectively save costs and waste resource allocation,which hinders the improvement of economic benefits to a certain extent.In this paper,standing on the installation and fire fighting engineering point of view,analysis domestic and foreign research present situation and the risk tips,and combined with XX installation project cases,preparation of project cost budget and cost control,project task to make use of WBS layer upon layer decomposition,further optimize project department organization management structure,after decomposition project cost and project schedule,Through traditional earned value method and multi-level earned value method,content of case decomposition layers of multistage earned value cost calculation,found that deviation,deviation of contrastive analysis and countermeasures,choose some complex tasks logic relationship,multi-level earned value method is used to schedule and cost for the application of integrated management and control,found to ask questions,solve problems and put forward the safeguard measures,Finally draw the conclusion and prospect.The cost control thought proposed in this paper has certain reference value and theoretical basis for the study of project cost budget and cost control method,and has certain guidance and reference value for the application of installation and fire engineering cost budget management field.
