Innovative Research On Roof Garden Landscape Design Of Commercial Complex In South China

After the Industrial Revolution,the process of urbanization has been rapid and the scale of cities has been expanding.Modernism emphasizes the functional and economic attributes of the city.With the improvement of production efficiency,a series of problems have arisen in the city,such as confusion of building layout,traffic jam,reduction of green space area and poor living environment.Commercial complexes are generally located in the urban central area of a small amount of land,with insufficient green space and limited outdoor activity space.The construction of roof gardens can increase the utilization rate of space,enhance ecological benefits,improve landscape environment,increase commercial value,and provide consumers with a more ecological and natural outdoor life,entertainment and consumption.Space,increase the sense of cultural identity of citizens,create a new way of life.This paper takes the roof garden of commercial complex as the research content,starting from the landscape design of roof garden of commercial complex,taking the innovation of landscape design as the research core,and on the basis of traditional roof garden landscape design,integrating the new landscape design generated by the new culture,new life style and new demand,puts forward the commercial synthesis.The new concept of innovative design of integrated roof garden landscape,from the dimensions of ecological value,cultural value and commercial value,analyses the core content and guiding ideology of commercial complex roof garden landscape design,so that roof garden can increase more green space for the city,provide more open space for the citizens,and create pluralistic.Lifestyle brings more economic returns to the business complex.After defining the research content and direction,the author inspected several characteristic roof gardens of commercial complexes in China on the spot,experiencing the characteristics of the project from the perspective of ordinary citizens and consumers,and through photography and field research,from project positioning,relationship with the city,local culture and art,accessibility and openness.In-depth study was conducted on the dimensions of style,spatial type,spatial layout,grey space and functional collocation.Looking forward to the innovative trend of the future commercial complex roof garden landscape design,this paper summarizes the theoretical basis and technical methods that can be used for reference,hoping to play a reference role in the future construction of the commercial complex roof garden.
