Research On The Landscape Design Of Commercial Building Roof Garden

With the rapid development of society,the land area occupied by the city continues to increase,and the urban population has increased dramatically.The land used for greening in cities has been decreasing.Meanwhile,along with the high-rise buildings in urban commercial buildings,the problem of urban ecological environment is worsening.People gradually realize the use of high-rise space.The central part of the city can be afforested with very little area.If we want to increase its area,it is the most effective way to build roof garden with urban commercial buildings.The commercial building roof garden can make rational use of the architectural space and beautify its spatial interface.It can not only improve the ecological environment of the urban central area,but also enhance the urban cultural details and relieve the pressure of people.The commercial building roof garden from the most basic to increase the urban green area and improve the urban environment,and gradually transition to recreational,recreational,commercial activities and other multi-functional sites,not only to bring more commercial profits,but also to provide people with more public places,and enrich the life of urban residents.This paper takes the commercial building roof garden as the research object,and studies the landscape design from the following aspects:First,on the basis of fully cognizance of the recent development of roof garden at home and abroad,the relevant concepts,classification and influencing factors of commercial building roof garden are summarized.From the development process and related cases at home and abroad,the current situation of the construction of commercial building roof garden in China and the economic,ecological,social,and social conditions are analyzed.Four principles of design are expounded.Second,analysis of the landscape design elements of roof garden plants,Waterscape,landscape sketches,Garden Road and paving,lighting,light and shadow and other accessory components,and the key points of design,summarize the hidden dangers of safety and leakage in the landscape design of commercial building roof garden,and bring out the safety of the load,the drainage and the later stage.Solutions to the maintenance angle.By studying the case of typical commercial buildings in roof garden at home and abroad,many experiences for reference are extracted.Third,through the actual case investigation and analysis,take the roof garden of the Atlantic shopping mall in Wenzhou as an example to study the roof garden landscape design under the commercial building.According to the project situation and function positioning,the project environment,climate,local culture and so on are analyzed,aiming at the regional characteristics of Wenzhou and the special properties of commercial buildings.Targeted design,landscape design and the use of low carbon environmental design concept and practice to verify the above theory.In the practice of landscape design of shopping mall in the Atlantic,Wenzhou,the new technology of SP painting and TTC fog system is applied in the landscape design practice of the Atlantic shopping mall,which is the innovation of this paper.It is hoped that it will provide a reference for the future development of commercial buildings in roof garden.
