Facing increasingly heated competition market,the practitioners of the photovoltaic industry have to think about how to improve their working efficiency and use shorter time to achieve the established goals,while ensuring the smooth progress of enterprise projects,providing high quality products to the customers and establishing a dominant position.At present,most of the project management ideas in PV enterprises come out from the technical point of view,focusing on the review and management of development content,core technology and core technical routes.However,little attention has been paid to the content of project schedule management,especially in the prediction of project plan and the assessment of potential risks.Actually,the photovoltaic project has characteristics including large differences in completion time,strong uncertainty and many technical obstacles.At the same time,project managers have to pay more attention to the control requirements of time limit,cost and risk.In this case,it is particularly critical to choose the appropriate project schedule management method.Based on the above considerations,this paper is mainly about the application research of plan review technology in schedule management of R company’s photovoltaic project.In order to better adapt to the characteristics of the project and improve the reliability of the project schedule,several aspects of the classical Program evaluation and review techniques are improved and revised,including: 1.Adding the probability prediction of optimistic time,pessimistic time and the most likely time,and fitting the revised β distribution to make the overall time limit estimation more accurate;2.Based on the uncertainty coming from calculation of all processes according to 50% probability,the time limit of single process should be revised.3.Based on the uncertainty of the time limit of multi-path import,the method of equivalent probability is adopted to correct the time limit of multi-path import,so as to improve the accuracy of the estimation of the time limit of multi-path import.In addition,the computer simulation technology is used to optimize the project schedule,and some risk management technology is added to the actual management process.Then,according to the theoretical research results and actual operation,an effective schedule management mechanism is formed.In the end,the demonstration and research of R company’s actual photovoltaic project is carried out,which has practical guiding significance for the enterprise’s progress planning.
