With the improvement of social and economic level and the continuous growth of the aging population,it is difficult for middle-aged people to take into account the life of the elderly and children while they are working hard,so the traditional pension model and early childhood education model have been greatly challenged.According to the survey,the resources of preschool teachers can not fully meet the needs of the society,and there are some problems faced by the elderly and early childhood education.Based on this situation,the problems of the two are comprehensively considered,and their common needs and characteristics are studied and analyzed,that is,the problems between the elderly and children are considered together,and the planning of the functional space of the "old and children’s Hospital mode" is carried out in the way of architectural design And exploration,looking forward to a new architectural model to complete the elderly and children in a combination of space for mutual benefit.Based on the investigation and analysis of the old-age homes and kindergartens,this paper studies the new spatial pattern of "old and young homes" under the combination of the old-age homes and kindergartens,and conceives a new spatial design strategy of "old and young homes" which is more suitable for the mutual benefit of the old and the entrusted children from the different perspectives of the psychological,behavioral and spatial environment needs of the old and young children To be able to truly "depend on the old and enjoy the young".It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for the innovative "old and young homes" building space at this stage,so as to promote the promotion of innovative pension model and the innovation of early childhood education model.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter: the introduction mainly includes research background,research object,research scope,research purpose,research significance and research status at home and abroad.This chapter mainly describes the current situation of pension and early childhood education at home and abroad,from which we can understand the current situation,find problems and find solutions,which is also an important clue of the origin of the topic.The second chapter mainly expounds the theoretical basis of the research on the new architectural design mode of the "old and children’s Hospital" : including the behavioral psychological analysis of the elderly and children in the social environment,the psychological nursing concept of the elderly in the nursing home,the concept of alternative education and the current situation of the social development of children,and the architectural design specifications,which laid the theoretical foundation for the following design exploration of the "old and children’s Hospital".The third chapter: the practice of basic field research.Based on the basic analysis of the first two chapters above,this paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation of the Mutual Aid Center for the aged,kindergartens,kindergartens and nursing homes.The main purpose of this chapter is to find out the problems existing in the architectural space and draw lessons from them,so as to provide practical reference for the division and layout of the overall space.The fourth chapter: mainly through the analysis of the first four chapters,it provides the theoretical and practical foundation for the architectural design concept of "old and young people’s Hospital mode",which analyzes and conceives the construction space exploration of "old and young people’s Hospital mode" from the four aspects of site planning,architectural design,outdoor environment design and barrier free design.Chapter five: the conclusion of the exploration and design of the "old and young hospital model" is also the prospect of the "old and young hospital" model.
