| The photovoltaic industry,with its clean and convenient nature,has great potential to replace the coal-based energy structure,but it is difficult to integrate photovoltaic technology into a viable market.The photovoltaic industry has realized the scale by the policy,but also has the structural overcapacity problem under the policy influence,and restricts its further development.Through studying the development track of photovoltaic industry and analyzing the operation mechanism of photovoltaic technology industrialization,this paper discusses the root causes,driving forces and obstacles.While breaking the development dilemma of photovoltaic industry,we can also provide reference and theoretical guidance for the development planning and management mode of such strategic emerging industries,and to some extent reflect the common problems in the development of such industries,so as to improve the effectiveness of policy support.This paper mainly studies the following contents: firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance;Secondly,it introduces relevant theories and documents.Finally,based on the development process of photovoltaic industry,this paper introduces the theory of strategic niche management,which is specially used to study the technology of sustainable development.From the perspective of dynamic and niche,this paper combines MLP multi-level analysis and strategic niche management to analyze the external influence and endogenous evolution process of the photovoltaic industry,discuss the formation process of the niche of photovoltaic industry and its main driving forces and obstacles,reveals the operating mechanism of the photovoltaic technology industrialization.Strategic niche management includes five development steps and three key management processes.The five development steps include technology selection,experimental selection,experimental establishment,experimental expansion,and protective evacuation.The three key management processes include expectation shaping and expression,social network building and learning process.The conclusion of this paper is as follows: from the perspective of external influences,under the joint action of the macro environment and the niche development of the photovoltaic industry,the transformation of the power system and the evolution process of the photovoltaic industry are both adjusted and accelerated;from the perspective of endogenous evolution process,according to the evolution of photovoltaic industry,the balance of industrial niche development should be paid attention to during this period.In addition,four lessons are drawn from the evolution of the photovoltaic industry: support from local governments plays a key role in the early stage of innovation development;core enterprises play a strong role in promoting industrial evolution;compared with the rapidly developing technology,the government is constrained by incomplete information,the progress of management and system may become the constraint of industrial development;the mismatch of the construction speed of supporting facilities will restrict the evolution and development of the industry;the process of managing social networks may be even more important in developing countries. |
