At this stage,the implementation of construction engineering supervision based on value-added is imminent,and it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study its implementation path and method.The thesis expounds the current situation of construction engineering supervision enterprises,explores the implementation dilemma of construction engineering supervision based on value-added,and deeply analyzes the reasons for these dilemmas.According to the main dilemmas and reasons obtained from the inquiry,combined with the relevant knowledge of engineering project management,the comprehensive use of value chain theory,blue ocean strategic value innovation logic and blue ocean strategy analysis tools to guide engineering supervision companies to realize value innovation,and explored value-added construction engineering supervision Guiding implementation path.At the same time,using the literature analysis method and expert survey method,the specific implementation path is proposed,and it is classified according to whether the value-added value generated by these specific paths is easy to measure.At the same time,based on the relevant knowledge of construction project management,a new construction project supervision contract model was constructed as one of the implementation methods of construction project supervision based on value-added.Comprehensive use of value engineering principles and analytic hierarchy process to measure the intangible value-added value of engineering supervision services,and use it as another implementation method.Finally,through case analysis,the feasibility of the implementation path and method of construction engineering supervision based on value-added proposed in the paper is verified.The main achievements of the thesis research are:(1)put forward the concept of value-added engineering supervision,and define the value-added services of engineering supervision;(2)explored the 7 main dilemmas based on value-added construction engineering supervision implementation,and analyzed the 5 main reasons that caused this dilemma;(3)Explore the guiding implementation path based on value-added construction project supervision,propose 18 specific implementation paths,and classify according to whether the added value generated by each specific path is easy to measure;(4)From the two perspectives of contract mode and intangible value-added value of measurement engineering supervision service,the implementation method of construction engineering supervision based on value-added is proposed.The implementation of construction project supervision based on value-added is promoted through the construction of a new construction engineering supervision contract model and the measurement intangible value-added value of construction supervision services.At the same time,the new project supervision contract model constructed by the paper can not only motivate the supervisor to add value for the owner,but also encourage the owner and to satisf y both parties and achieve a win-win situation for both parties.
