The inertial sensor production line of K Institute of Shanghai Academy of Aerospace Technology for satellite model is a typical "multi-variety,small batch" discrete assembly workshop.In recent years,with the continuous development of China’s aerospace industry,China’s demand for spacecraft products has gradually increased.With the rapid increase of production line tasks,the variety,quantity and complexity of products are increased.The work conditions of product development and production sites are becoming more and more complex,and the difficulty of process quality management is increasing.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the information level of production line assembly process.MES,as a product of the transformation of production form,is closely related to the development of automation technology in manufacturing industry.Since AMR first put forward the concept of MES in 1990,with the rapid development of computer technology in the past 20 years,MES,as an intermediate bridge between enterprise planning layer and bottom control layer,can open up the information island within the enterprise,and has become an important production organization and management tool of manufacturing industry.The research content of this paper is based on UFIDA ERP platform used in this research,combined with the characteristics of spaceborne discrete assembly workshop,the MES of spaceborne inertial sensor production line is studied,and the whole process of product development is informationized.This paper introduces the production management mode of assembly workshop in aerospace industry,and analyses the MES requirement of spaceborne inertial sensor production line.This paper expounds the software architecture of MES,introduces the functional modules and implementation results of MES system,focuses on the key technologies in the implementation process,summarizes the results in the implementation process,and prospects the follow-up work.
