With the vigorous development of China’s construction industry,there will inevitably be uncompleted projects.Blind demolition of uncompleted buildings will cause environmental pollution and waste of resources,but also seriously affect people’s normal life.In recent years,a lot of achievements have been made in the study of reinforcement of uncompleted buildings in China,but personal engineering experience is dominant in the selection of reinforcement methods,and few factors such as economy,technology and environment are considered comprehensively.Based on this,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and Research on the selection of reinforcement methods,so as to select a more suitable reinforcement scheme for the project,and analyze the mechanical performance of the optimized reinforcement scheme.Firstly,this paper explains the general steps of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,including the comprehensive evaluation matrix in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the key points of determining the weight of factors.Then it explains in detail how to use expert estimation method,fuzzy inverse equation method and AHP to determine the weight.Based on the test data,the current situation of the project is comprehensively evaluated,and the concrete strength grade and the component section size are modified.According to the revised results and the original design drawings,the bearing capacity of the uncompleted building is checked by using the finite element software.The results show that some members need to be strengthened.For the members that need to be strengthened,four kinds of reinforcement methods are put forward.The four methods are evaluated by fuzzy mathematics.The conclusion is that the method of increasing section is the most suitable for this project.The seismic analysis of the reinforcement method with enlarged section is carried out.Through the comparison of the mechanical properties of the members before and after reinforcement,the results show that the mechanical properties of the members have a good improvement after the reinforcement by increasing the section.
