Silos structure is a structure for storing solid bulk materials.The silos has the advantages of small area of structure,large capacity and low maintenance cost.It is convenient for mechanized operation and many other advantages.It has been widely used in coal、electric power、port、storage and transportation industries.But in daily use,the wall of the silo will be continuously washed by the stored materials.It makes the wall concrete crack or even the thickness of the wall become thin,and thus safety accidents occur,resulting in significant economic losses.This paper focuses on the inspection,Inspection,reinforcement,seismic analysis and seismic damage analysis,the main research work is as follows:The silo structure was inspected for foundation、structural system and component layout size 、 appearance damage 、 concrete strength 、 thickness of reinforcement protective layer、carbonation depth and reinforcement configuration、corrosion degree of reinforcement、chloride ion content and other items.According to the field test data,the bearing capacity of the main structure is checked,and the comprehensive test results and bearing capacity check results show that the axial pressure ratio of the silo wall does not meet the requirements of the current national standards and specifications.Gj-1 grouting material was used to reinforce the silo wall.The outer silo wall was sprayed with 200 mm thick grouting material,and the inner silo wall was sprayed with 100 mm thick grouting material over 7.856 m.The bearing capacity of the reinforced silo is analyzed and the axial pressure ratio meets the requirements of the specification.The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to establish the calculation model of the silo structure,and the modal analysis and dynamic elastoplastic time history analysis under the action of one-way earthquake are carried out.The analysis period of finite element software is close to that of design software.The seismic performance of the finite element model is verified by checking the seismic performance of the silo under rare and multiple earthquakes.The damage assessment of the silo finite element model before the silo reinforcement in case of multiple and rare earthquakes is carried out,and the results show that the top of the silo is the weak part of the silo.After the reinforcement,the damage analysis shows that the silo structure is in good condition and the grouting material has a good inhibiting effect on the seismic damage of the silo.
