Research On The Strategy Of Building Skin Design In Gansu Province Based On Green Concept

At present,sustainable development has become a common theme in the world.As one of the main forces of social energy consumption,the construction indust ry continues to pay more attention to the realization of green building.Building skin is the key part of green buildi ng design,whic h separates the interior space from the exterior environment.The green design of building skin plays an important role in achieving the goal of gree n building through the integration of a variety of skin elements with clear division of labor,aiming to solve a number of different building needs and achieve the efficient use of energy and resources.Gansu Province,loca te d in the northwest of China,is relatively backward in economic developm e nt.The contradiction between urban development and ecological environ m e n t protection is still large.In this paper,the building skin in Gansu Province is taken as the research object.Firstly,the relevant data and classic cases are analyzed,and it is concluded that the green design of building skin should have rich skin function,appropriate technical means,local skin form and high gree n performance.Secondly,based on the characteristics of the regio n a l environment in Gansu Province,this paper summarizes the basic requirements and current problems of the architectural skin design in this area,and then analyzes the influencing factors of the skin green design fro m three aspects of macro,meso and micro respectively,and puts forward the design principles of regional culture,technical beauty and green ecolo g y.Then,according to the design principle,this paper puts forward the gree n design strategy of building skin suitable for Gansu area from two aspects of site environment and building monomer: according to the building site environment,this paper puts forward the design strategy that is benefi c i a l to the energy conservation of the skin from the overall layout and plane layout of the building;according to the building mono mer,this paper discusses the skin design strategy from three aspects of the function design,form design and technical design of the skin Slightly.The strategy of skin function design is mainly to improve the heat preservation performa n ce,optimize the lighting performance and improve the ventilation perform a nc e of the skin;the strategy of skin technology is discussed from three aspect s :skin shading technology,intell igent material technology and solar energy technology;the strategy of skin technology is discussed from three specif i c aspects: the form of showing regional characteristics,the form of impro v i ng the building image and the form of improving psychological perception This paper discusses the design strategy of skin form suitable for Gansu Pro vin ce.Finally,taking the office building design of Lanzhou University of scie nc e and technology as a practical case,under the guidance of the green design strategy of buildi ng skin in Gansu area,the green design of buildi ng skin is attempted from the function,technology,form and other aspects.And through Ecotect and sville software simulation analysis of indoor ther ma l insulation,lighti ng,ventilation and buildi ng energy consumption,verify the building skin design to meet the relevant indicators of the "green buil d i ng evaluation standard".Based on the principles of regional culture,beautiful technology and green ecology,this paper puts forward the architectural skin design stra t e gy based on the green concept from the aspects of site environment,functio n a l requirements,appropriate technology and regional characteristics,whic h has positive theoretical significance and practical guidance for the gree n architectural design in Gansu.
