Full steel type adhesive lifting scaffolding is adapt to the needs of the tall building structure construction,adhesive lifting scaffolding is also one of the ten construction of the ministry of construction to promote new technologies,because of its high degree of safety and quick turnover,reducing the overall duration and other advantages,making it a lot of use in engineering projects,especially in Shanghai,Beijing and other cities.However full steel type adhesive lifting scaffolding because of its special full steel structure,cost compared to other adhesive lifting scaffolding slightly tall,and in the construction engineering accident,caused by scaffolding safety accidents has not been effectively controlled,brought great damage to people and society,and seriously hindered the healthy development of construction industry in our country.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the safety and early warning management system of full steel type attached lifting scaffold.The main research contents are as follows.(1)Research on the basic theory and application status of full-steel type attached lifting scaffold.Counted 20 cities 34 the scaffold project construction site safety accident happening,conducted a nationwide investigation,systematically combed the whole steel type adhesive lifting scaffolding theoretical basis,including the principle of full steel type adhesive lifting scaffolding and composition,the classification of the adhesive lifting scaffolding and stability calculation method,and sums up the current our country in full steel type adhesive lifting scaffolding safety problems of the construction site,etc,that type of full steel adhesive lifting scaffolding the necessity of safety studies.(2)Research on the safety evaluation index of full-steel type attached lifting scaffold.Through field investigation to analyze the multiple projects of full steel type adhesive lifting scaffolding in construction of the high-level,high-rise building safety evaluation content,and the factors affecting the use of MIDAS/GEN software on the properties of ceramic materials,structural calculations,component and connection,construction site safety management,construction technology to simulate the five aspects of individual factors analysis,qualitative analysis the factors which influence on the safety of other and constructed according to the results of the analysis of full steel type adhesive lifting scaffolding safety evaluation index system.(3)Research on the safety evaluation model of full-steel attached lifting scaffold.Based on the type of full steel adhesive lifting scaffolding theory research and the construction characteristics,comprehensive use of actual research and expert consultation,and connecting with the established evaluation index system,constructed based on the structure of entropy-grey relative Euclid weighted correlation theory of full steel type adhesive lifting scaffolding safety evaluation model and analysis of the degree of impact on the safety of the scaffold construction work.A structural entropy method for determining the weight of a secondary indicator using a size that can be contained within the original data.The MABM method is adopted for the first-level index,which takes into account the expert credibility comprehensively and can determine the index weight more objectively.(4)Case study on safety evaluation model of full-steel attached lifting scaffold.Taking the four projects investigated as examples,using the safety evaluation model of full-steel attached lifting scaffolding established in this paper to evaluate the safety grade of the four projects,a quantitative evaluation result is obtained,which verifies the feasibility and practicability of the model,and according to the evaluation results,feasible safety early warning ideas and emergency plan measures are put forward for the project,which is a follow-up similar project.Safety evaluation of similar full-steel attached lifting scaffolding provides a new way of thinking.
