| As the main carrier of space technology development,the development、launch and operation of satellite and carrier rocket is a huge system engineering,.The correctness and rationality of mechanical environment analysis method and test technology is an important link in the development of satellites and carrier rocket,directly affect the design level of satellite and launch carrier rocket,and even determine the success or failure of space mission.In the whole rocket,whole cabin and whole satellite test,there are many monitoring points and data acquisition channels,which will produce a lot of multi type data.In order to manage the test data better,extract the information from the test data faster,analyze the test status in real time and evaluate the structure performance online,an online comparative monitoring system of test data and numerical simulation needs to be established.The purpose is to greatly improve the work efficiency,test quality and confidence.Based on the plug-in + micro core design mode of SiPESC platform,this paper integrates CAD model,finite element model and numerical calculation results,and realizes the following functions:1)Fast modeling of different types of sensors.Based on the SiPESC platform,the tool can generate the corresponding geometric files and data files.It is convenient and efficient to realize the integrated display and operation of multiple types of models,greatly improving the work efficiency.2)The import and display interaction of different types of test data,as well as statistical analysis including fundamental frequency drift,coincidence,shape correlation coefficient and amplitude correlation coefficient.3)The tool of auxiliary notch-down is developed,which provides a good way of interaction with designers.4)Some tools are developed to deal with the possible abnormal situation in the test,which saves a lot of work.5)The functions of comparison and statistics of test data and analysis data are developed,mainly including static test and sinusoidal vibration test. |
