In the middle of the 19 th century,the world’s international operations began to emerge.China has gradually begun to contact foreign markets since the reform and opening up.After joining the World Trade Organization,it has become more and more open.More and more companies have realized the benefits of international operations for enterprises.In order to increase product awareness,The advantages of resources and talents to gain more corporate profits make international operation an inevitable trend.Haier Group,as the first batch of Chinese enterprises going abroad,has occupied a large market share in the international market.Opening to the outside world has two meanings: one is the introduction of foreign capital;the other is foreign investment.China’s opening to the outside world is relatively late,and its ability to adapt to international markets is generally poor.Relative to the introduction of foreign investment,China’s outbound investment is still in its infancy.Therefore,how to vigorously develop overseas operations and enhance the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises has become the most urgent issue.This article will take Haier Group as an example to discuss theoretically and empirically the factors that affect Haier Group’s international performance,so as to provide a series of operational suggestions.This article is divided into five chapters.The way of writing is from theory to practice.The first chapter of the introduction mainly introduces the background,research content and methods of international management,research status at home and abroad,and innovations and deficiencies;the second chapter describes the relevant theories of internationalization and the international literature review;the third chapter is a review and analysis of Haier Group’s internationalization process and status quo The internationalization performance of the group;Chapter 4 uses empirical analysis to establish a multiple regression model to verify the influencing factors of internationalization performance;Chapter 5 is finally aimed at Chapter 4 in research and development innovation,marketing capabilities,profitability,talent training,policy advantages And social responsibility.
