"mechanical drawing and CAD" course is a secondary vocational technical school machinery manufacturing professional one of the important specialized core courses.In order to break the traditional mechanical drawing theory knowledge and CAD practical drawing knowledge of the separation of teaching status,ascension to cultivate students the vocational ability of drawing a simple parts and subsystem,based on the teaching research of mechanical drawing and CAD integration,puts forward the theory of mapping knowledge and CAD drawing practice integration,multimedia and 3d model display integration,hand drawing and CAD drawing of the trinity teaching mode.This study used literature method,interview method,questionnaire method and experimental method of practice teaching of secondary vocational school "mechanical drawing and CAD" course teaching present situation has carried on the related research.On the basis of the teaching research on the integration of "mechanical drawing and CAD",combining with the investigation and study to master,fused Mechanical Drawing And CAD curriculum content of "basic drawing,projection principle,expression pattern and the comprehensive improvement" four modules,and the integration of teaching design.The implementation of teaching,and each module specific Settings again typical tasks,task driven teaching method has carried on the modular teaching.In mechanical drawing the-ory knowledge,CAD drawing skills,give attention to two or morethings and students grades based on factors such as the assessment of teaching evaluation system is designed.Taking "drawing the assembly view" as a typical task,an integrated teaching experiment is carried out.Teaching experiment to Guizhou province machinery industry school class of 2019 mechanisms(1)class,and(2)students as a teaching experiment object,elimination of independent variables,as the integration of experimental classes of teaching a class,and the other as a control class in traditional teaching a class,Finally,the test results and post-questionnaire survey data were collected,and the test results were imported into the SPSS data analysis software for teaching effect analysis.The analysis results show that: the integrated teaching of "mechanical drawing and CAD" can improve students’ interest in learning.Students can think actively in class,review and consolidate after class,and finish the homework assigned in class,Compared with traditional teaching methods,integrated teaching can significantly improve students’ performance.
