With the continuous improvement of era and development of economy, electric power industry in China is also undergoing profound changes.Along with the increasing change of the scale of the grid construction projects, the risk management of construction safety is increasingly important. The objective risks always exist in the life cycle of the grid construction projects, therefore, the outbreak of any risk may cause complex and huge chain reaction and incalculable economic loss.If risks can be well evaluated,pre-warned and prevented, the enterprise will be able to control risks and reduce loss.On the basis of analyzing and researching risk management needs of the grid construction projects, this thesis combines with the knowledge of information systems development and the requirements of the Internet age to implement a grid construction safety risk evaluation and warning system based on B/S mode which contains the function of building a risk index system and evaluating and pre-warning risks.Based on the current development status and needs of the risk management in grid construction projects, this paper proposes the overall goal of the system. The system will adopt.NET development platform and describe the system from requirements analysis, overall design and detailed design to the development process of implementation and testing.Concerning the database design, this system adopts SQLServer database for data storage, and uses ADO.NET entity framework to access to the database.Using j Query Easy UI technology to design and develop pages can make the web page more interactive and attractive by means of the characteristics of the technology.
