| With the vigorous development of China’s overall economic construction,it has played a good role in promoting the whole industry.However,in recent years,the number of electric power enterprises is increasing,which leads to the increasingly fierce competition within the industry market,and the electric power industry is also gradually aware of the importance of project cost management.However,although many companies believe that project cost management is their core goal during development,they still cannot strictly monitor their implementation,so the cost management of power projects can be strictly regulated.The system of management is false and can not provide substantive help for the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,this paper studies the cost management of the 110 kilovolt power transmission and transformation project,and uses the Jiangsu Changzhou Power Supply Company as the research object,and combines the current situation of the cost management of the 110 kilovolt power transmission and transformation project.Through the analysis of the problems in the project cost management,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.In this paper,first of all,the relevant content of the subject is very little,the significance of the research,etc.,and the research methods are explained,which provides a reliable theoretical basis for this research;Secondly,the concept of project cost management is introduced,including the concept,content,objectives and principles of project management,and the general methods and characteristics of cost management are introduced.This paper puts forward the contents and characteristics of cost control of electric power engineering project,introduces Changzhou Power supply Company and Lixia Transmission and Transformation Project,studies and analyzes the present situation of project cost management,analyzed the problems,and puts forward the cost control measures inaccordance with Lixia Transmission and Transformation Project,which are cost accounting based on ABC method and cost deviation calculation based on earned value method.Specific project cost management has been worked out.Implementation of the programme;Finally,combined with the cost control problem and scientific and reasonable cost management measures of 110 kV Lixia power transmission and transformation project of Changzhou Power supply Company,the concrete improvement suggestions are put forward,and the improvement effect is comprehensively analyzed,analyze and summarize the research results,and the shortcomings of this study are pointed out.Through the research of this paper,it is hoped that the 110 kV Lixia power transmission and transformation project can be completed smoothly,and the profit and benefit of the project can be improved under the premise of ensuring the construction quality and efficiency of the project.At the same time,it is hoped that this study can help Changzhou Power supply Company to build a reasonable cost management system of power project,and provide help for its stable development in the future.Finally,I hope to provide some reference and reference for the relevant employees of China’s power industry. |
