Deep Explorations Upon Color Designs For Featured Blocks Viewed From "Natural" Design Concept By Taking Russian-Style Street In Dalian City As Example

The urban colour,serving as a mirror of characteristics and cultural connotation of a city,occupies a significant position in the aspect of the city image.Dalian Russian-style Street has been the first commercial pedestrian street in China,which belongs to the traditional Russian style.It has been a long time from today since the planning of its construction.There have been certain problems in the street colour.In this paper,the colour design of Dalian Russian-style Street is explored from the perspective of “nature”.The main subject that is studied is the architectural colour and the problems in the colour design of Dalian Russian-style Street are summarized.The “natural” urban colour design methods and design principles are discussed.“Rules of architectural colour collocation with the “nature” design concept and the match of “natural” colours are studied.As well,the scientificalness of colour design is expanded.The author has referred to documents,has summarized and has perceived pertinent theories of “nature”,has collected relevant exposition and research results from both domestic and foreign scholars,and has figured out the principles of “natural” design.The relevant issues of contemporary “natural” design are concluded,through mastering the knowledge system of the contemporary colour domain and arranging the expertise in the urban colour planning.The traits of the colour of Russian classical architectures are outlined by consulting the data.In the Dalian Russian-style Street,field research is conducted.With the scientific approaches of CMYK colour model and RGB light mode,the fact that architectural colour is the main colour of the city is clear and definite.The colour quantification method is applied to analyse and evaluate the architectural colour.The colour design strategy for Dalian Russian-style Street is formulated.Design ideas,regulatory strategies,and relevant colour design rules are dug into to provide research ideas for the solution to the issues of urban style and feature.Finally,from the perspective of the “natural” design concept,the urban colour design methods and principles are encapsulated,offering a certain reference frame and practical value for enriching the urban colour research system.It is hoped to give inspirations to improve Chinese urban colour planning system with this paper.
