| With the vigorous development of the global digital wave,the commercial society has been pushed into the digital economy era.In 2018,the scale of China’s digital economy was 31.3 trillion,accounting for 34.8%of the GDP of the whole year.In the era of digital economy,the new generation of information technology and management business,represented by the Internet of things,big data,artificial intelligence and blockchain,accelerate the integration,and constantly reshape business concepts and business models.At the same time,the global automobile market competition intensifies.After more than 30 years of positive growth,China’s automobile market has its first negative growth in 2018,which also indicates that China’s automobile market is undergoing an unprecedented and far-reaching change.In the face of external and internal opportunities and challenges,the mainframe factory needs to complete the"customer-centric" digital capacity building,and formulate the informatization strategy to support the digital transformation.In this context,this paper takes the commercial vehicle industry Shandong WZ Group Co.Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as WZ Group)as the research object,comprehensively analyzes the external and industrial environment of WZ Group’s informatization,the development process,department organization and main products of WZ Group,the current situation of internal informatization and the main problems existing in informatization,forms the SWOT analysis matrix,and determines the strategic choice of WZ Group’s informatization development.By unscrambling the development vision,guiding ideology and guiding principles of WZ Group’s business development strategy,using the critical success factor method(CSF)to analyze the key success factors that affect the strategic objectives,using the strategic objective set transfer method(SST)to identify the corresponding information needs of each key success factor,and formulating the online development strategy and platform development strategy and innovative development strategy.In order to implement the three informatization development strategies,the following strategic implementation contents are proposed:improving IT governance system,strengthening infrastructure and information security management,promoting business management informatization,building intelligent cloud platform,integrating marketing cloud platform and upgrading Internet of vehicles system.Finally,the paper puts forward the overall guarantee measures of informatization strategy from organization guarantee,business guarantee,culture guarantee and talent guarantee:diversified management and control mode,headquarters value orientation of enhancing service and enabling ability,middle platform organization and agile project system are the organization guarantee of informatization strategy,business transformation and business innovation are the business guarantee of informatization strategy,Open enterprise culture is the cultural guarantee of informatization strategy,and three-dimensional talent introduction system,ability training system,career development system and incentive mechanism are the talent guarantee of informatization strategy.The commercial vehicle industry started relatively late in informatization construction,and did not form a universal informatization strategic planning methodology.This paper aims at WZ Group’s informatization development strategy based on digital transformation,and the implementation content and guarantee measures of informatization strategy can provide certain reference value for other companies in the industry. |
