With the rapid development of China’s economy and the increasing improvement of people’s quality of life,vehicles have become an indispensable means of transportation in people’s lives.For enterprises,many cars or trucks need unified management and information access.For individuals,the condition and safety of their own private cars are the most concerned things.Therefore,no matter for enterprises or individuals,it is necessary to have a convenient and efficient platform system for remote management of vehicles.Based on the technology of Internet of Vehicles,this paper designs and researches the remote vehicle management platform.The system designed and realized the functions of vehicle information management,vehicle real-time monitoring,vehicle historical track playback and vehicle electronic fence.The development of the system is based on JAVA language and JAVA Web technology,and the current mainstream Spring framework technology is used.Users or administrators can manage their vehicles through the remote management platform.User basic information and system permissions query and maintenance.Owners can monitor the vehicle in real time through the module.Real-time display of vehicle running data in the vehicle monitoring bar,mark the real-time position and running direction of the vehicle on the electronic map of the monitoring page,and display the speed and position description.Through the vehicle history track playback module,the user can intuitively view the track information of the monitoring vehicle after setting the playback time according to the required format in the track playback interface.In the e-fence function,users can also create geo-fences in three ways: administrative divisions,custom circles and polygons.Once the fence is created,users can be notified when vehicles enter the fence,exit the fence,and stay within the fence.When the user does not need the fence,the corresponding fence can be removed.Through the remote management platform,the real-time geographic position of the vehicle can be easily and efficiently monitored at any time,and the historical driving track of the vehicle can be easily viewed,and the electronic fence can be set to realize the real-time and rapid control of the vehicle,which greatly reduces the cost of manual monitoring and improves the management efficiency.
