The current wave of globalization and informatization,the rapid economic and social development,and some industries have developed in line with the trend of the times.The rise of these industries has also caused a small impact on other industries,which has led to the imminent optimization of industrial structure and industrial reform Will go deep into all walks of life.China’s economy continues to develop steadily in the new era,and China has put strategic expansion on the agenda.The continuous expansion and expansion of enterprises will lead to a substantial increase in the overall business volume of enterprises and groups,and the old accounting methods are obviously difficult to meet the current development needs of large group industrial companies.Under this background,combined with the opportunity of the development of information technology,the concept of financial shared service center was proposed and widely recognized.The concept of shared service has deeply optimized the efficiency and quality of financial processing.More and more domestic companies have begun to improve traditional financial accounting methods and update their core financial business in the form of financial shared service centers,laying a foundation for improving financial processing efficiency and service quality.This subject selects the financial sharing service center of Group A as the research object.Group A belongs to the power industry.The power industry,as the pillar industry of China’s economic development,is in a stage of stable and rapid development,and its business volume is increasing year by year.The field is also very extensive.In recent years,many companies have been merged,resulting in an increasing number of company branches and diversified business types.Therefore,Group A introduced a financial shared service center and completed the construction of the entire financial shared service center in a short period of time.Due to tight time and lack of experience,there were certain problems in the financial shared service center of Group A,and its management and control model also failed.It is very suitable for the development of electric power enterprises.Therefore,it is particularly important to investigate the problems existing in the financial sharing service center of Group A and optimize the management and control mode of the financial sharing service center according to various influencing factors.Taking group A as an example,this paper analyzes the actual operation of the Financial Sharing Service Center of group A as a power enterprise,and analyzes the specific situation and corresponding problems in the implementation process.First of all,it analyzes the basic concept of Financial Shared Service Center,the background and existing problems of group A’s Financial Shared Service Center,the characteristics and optimization necessity of group A’s management and control mode of Financial Shared Service Center;then,it summarizes the current situation of group A’s implementation of Financial Shared Service center,and identifies the existing problems of management and control mode of group A’s Financial Shared Service Center Causes;secondly,combining the characteristics of the current management and control mode of group A Financial Sharing Service Center,construct the index system of influencing factors of the Financial Sharing Service Center,rank the influencing factors according to the analytic hierarchy process,and grade the influencing factors;finally,according to the above research content of group A Financial Sharing Service Center,put forward the principle of optimizing the management and control mode,and propose Based on the analysis of the background,necessity and process of group A’s implementation of financial shared services,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme and effect of Financial Shared Services Center according to the corresponding influencing factors.
