Due to the decentralized operation and large scale,group-type enterprises gradually adopt the financial shared model in order to strengthen management and achieve the goal of centralizing business.This mode arises from abroad.In China,it develops slowly.It is first tested in ZTE and then be popularized in more large enterprises.At present,it is still at the exploratory stage in China,and there is still a long way to go in the future.A company belongs to the industry of construction and has many branches.The financial shared service model is conductive to achieve centralized management and improve efficiency through process reengineering.What's more,it can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This model is also in the initial stage for A company.In such a period,it is necessary to grasp the development strategy and positioning,and be familiar with the defects and loopholes,so as to prevent hidden dangers in the future development as early as possible.The research idea of the thesis is:at first,to have an accurate and deep understanding of the financial sharing service model through a large number of literature works,as well as to the current situation in current economic background.According to use the method of case analysis,it analyzes its related systems and daily operations,and summarize the operation status of FSSC in A company by describing its establishment process,organizational structure,business process,personnel management,and information system.It establishes the logic of information systems promoting process reengineering,and the improvement of functions,personnel training system and working system achieving financial sharing.The problems of the model can also be found,including imperfect functions,loopholes in process management,irrational work patterns,and insufficient informatization level.For each problem,the specific improvement suggestions should be based on the enhancement of theoretical cognition,organizational structure improvement,process optimization,system renewal,improvement of the training system,and increase of information investment,so that it can effectively promote the process of integration of industry and finance.A company is an influential and large-scale enterprise in the same industry in China,so its experiences can bring some reference to the whole industry.At the same time,most domestic enterprises are similar to A company,lack of experience.There will be some common problems,and through the field research,some valuable solutions can be explored.In a deeper sense,it contributes to how to promote financial transformation faster,make financial staff to possess strong management skills and enhance the universal applicability of the theory of financial shared service,and provides some suggestions for its future strategic goals.
