With the large-scale connection of new energy sources such as wind power and photovoltaics,and the rapid advancement of the interconnection between UHV and large-scale power grids,it has brought greater uncertainty to the formulation of the grid operation mode,and has raised higher and more refined grid planning Requirements.At this stage,the typical operation mode of the planned power grid mainly relies on manual experience selection and preparation,and it is difficult to meet the basic requirements.Therefore,the research on the extraction model and algorithm of the typical operation mode of the power grid is urgently needed.In response to this problem,this paper combines the characteristics of power grid planning scene analysis,using PCA,KPCA and other dimensionality reduction algorithms,K-means,DBSCAN,GMM and other clustering algorithms to carry out research work.First,a large number of relevant literatures were consulted.On this basis,the relationship between the typical operation mode and the grid planning and its actual application were analyzed.Second,the high-level model used to establish the model for extracting the typical operation mode of the grid in this paper was analyzed.The theories and methods of data dimensionality reduction,cluster analysis,cluster evaluation are introduced in detail;then,the influencing factors of the operation mode in the power grid planning are analyzed,and on this basis,the features suitable for the extraction of the typical operation mode of the power grid are selected Variables are processed using data reduction methods of different principles;on this basis,based on the principle of Gaussian mixed distribution model,a K-means improved clustering algorithm(GMM-Kmeans)is proposed and used to construct a typical grid operation mode extraction model and establish The evaluation index system extracted from the typical operation mode of power grid planning has been developed.Finally,the actual operation data of a power grid in a province of China is used as an example to carry out calculation analysis and comparative study of PCA and KPCA dimensionality reduction methods.K-means,DBSCAN,GMM-Kmeans,etc.The difference of similar algorithms in the planning power grid,the validity of the model is verified by the results of calculation examples.
