With the rapid development of urbanization,urban diseases such as waterlogging damage the urban metabolic system seriously.As impervious surface area was increased,the natural river network was destroyed and backward municipal drainage system design criteria have serious consequences.These prompting countries more and more importance to the urban construction sponge,represented by Beijing,tianjin pilot cities has to apply sponge facilities to absorb and purify rainwater runoff process,with auxiliary drainage pipe network to solve the waterlogging disaster.In this process,the field of landscape architecture also expand system and interdisciplinary thinking,but it just to limit to the planning and design to perfect the sponge construction of city ecological landscape.And the use of LID facilities is dependent on the theoretical study,involves relevant sponge transformation of practicality and practical is insufficient.It lack engineering measures to special joining details and efficiency analysis of the data.This paper aims to solve three main problems:first,how to repair the damaged water ecological environment,improve the status quo of site hardening,and enhance the landscape effect based on the assessment of storm flood risk and analysis of rainwater runoff.Secondly,how to realize the application of sponge technology and improve the construction of drainage pipe network and LID facilities in the plan.Thirdly,how to increase the data connection,quantitatively analyze the flood and waterlogging prevention capabilities of the plan,and ensure the practicability and efficiency of sponge facilities.Therefore,this article study by reference to relevant literature both at home and abroad,summarizes the application methods of SWMM model and the parameters of the LID facilities setting standards,draw lessons from Suzhou Zhenshan park,Guangzhou Daguan wetland park,Chengdu water park,Singapore Bishan Hongmaoqiao Park,Datong park and the Bethlehem SteelStacks Art and Culture Park outstanding case design essence.Accumulated experience for the project’s landscape planning and design,and was able to complete the "one belt,one center,two axes and multiple points" landscape design plan.In addition,it refines the content from the special design aspects of traffic system,vertical terrain,LID facilities,water storage,planting and lighting,uses SWMM model to realize the simulation process of rainfall in different return periods,uses data,charts and other methods to quantitatively analyze the plan’s rainwater control and reduction effects.Finally,verify the scientificity and practicality of the program.It is expected to provide practical reference for the subsequent construction of the sponge park at the landscape level,data theory,and engineering measures.
