Research On Quality Management Of New Drivers Training Projects In D Designated Driving Platform

With the rapid development of China’s social economy,China’s car ownership has increased year by year.Under the influence of multiple factors such as the drinking culture for the adult social environment,the crackdown on drunk driving by the transportation department and the promotion of national safety awareness,directly promoted the rigid demand of designated driving.Along with this is a sharp increase in the number of designated drivers.After in-depth research,we found that the following characteristics exist in the designated driving industry:1.More than 80%of drinking use scenarios require drivers to have high comprehensive literacy and emergency handling capabilities.2.Designated drivers generally have low cultural level and poor service awareness.3.there has higher attrition rate in designated driving industry.However,for the whole society and users of designated driver products,designated drivers are the people they directly contact.The quality and professionalism of the designated driver in the service process directly reflects the social responsibility and corporate management level of the designated driving platform.Therefore,the designated driving industry needs to pay more attention to the training of designated drivers.This paper systematically analyzes the quality management of the new designated driver training projects in D designated driving platform on the base on of project management theories.According to the characteristics of the company’s new designated driver groups,the current new designated driver training program overview,specific systems and processes,analyzing the quality problems existing in the new designated driver training program and the underlying reasons or influencing factors,and establishing a project quality management system for the new designated driver training program.Under the guidance of the PDCA quality management cycle theory,the entire paper discusses the project’s risk points and targeted management measures according to the project life cycle division stage.To improve the quality of new designated driver training in the designated driving industry,we must rely on scientific and reasonable new designated driver training programs.The research in this paper can not only improve the effectiveness of new driver training on the D designated driving platform,mobilizing the enthusiasm of new driver,improving the driver competitiveness of the D designated driving platform,maintaining the leading edge of the platform in the designated driving industry and promoting its high-quality development.At the same time,as an industry leader,it has established standards and provided a reference for other competitors in terms of new designated driver training.
