In recent years with the development of science and technology,the structure of gun control system is becoming more complex and fault location is increasingly difficult.Intelligent fault diagnosis of gun control system is also increasingly difficult.In the meantime,there are still problems in the tank maintenance,such as process complicated,timeconsuming and high cost.Therefore,this paper presents the design and implementation of tank gun control system on-line fault diagnosis expert system.The major research contents are as follows.Firstly,the knowledge acquisition of tank gun control system fault diagnosis expert system is studied.Using T-S model and the dynamic fault tree analysis method,the knowledge acquisition is carried on.The gun control system dynamic fault tree was established,based on the analysis of system construction and working principle.The fault assessment process based on T-S dynamic fault tree was established,which can calculate the failure rate of each part in a certain period of time and determine the detection priority of fault diagnosis.This paper summarized the cause of failure,established the knowledge base of gun control system,and Access 2016 was used to establish the system knowledge base.Secondly,this paper designed the tank gun control system on-line detection device,in order to send the fault information to maintenance department for the first time,to make the maintenance department respond quickly,timely and efficiently.This device is installed inside the tank,has small cover area and improved the accuracy of fault detection.Finally,this paper used C# as a fault diagnosis expert system software platform,and used Access 2016 to establish and manage the databases.The work flow of fault diagnosis expert system of tank gun control system was designed.Expert system software platform realized the function of each module,can achieve better human-computer interaction.
