The traditional belt conveyor mostly adopts the supporting structure of idlers.Due to the limitation of the structure,the energy consumption related to idlers accounts for about 70%of the total energy consumption of the whole system.With the development of permanent magnet materials and magnetic mechanical technology,magnetic levitation belt conveyor has gradually possessed the theoretical and technical basis for practical application.As the core component of the magnetic suspension belt conveyor,the belt bending stress is generated under the action of its own weight,load and suspension device during operation,resulting in the u-shaped deformation.The deformation of magnetic suspension conveyor belt not only affects the stable suspension operation of the system,but also leads to fatigue damage of the belt body,reducing the service life of the conveyor belt,increasing resistance,increasing energy consumption,and affecting production benefits.Based on the deformation characteristics of the magnetic levitation conveyor belt,this paper establishes an appropriate dynamic model and analyzes the large deformation of the flexible magnetic levitation conveyor belt,which is of great significance to the rational design and selection of the conveyor belt,to improve the safety factor of the conveyor belt and to reduce energy consumption.The main research contents and features are as follows:1.Maglev mainly depends on the weight of suspension conveyor belt conveyor belt deformation characteristics,the influence of load and suspension system,the overhang of deformations between suspension,the characteristics of the conveyor belt for the large deformation of flexible body,with load under suspension conveyor belt as research object,by using the theory of earth pressure calculation of material of pressure distribution,lateral pressure distribution numerical comparison for the material,solving the stress of the different loading period of discrete element and the nonlinear dynamic equation.The suspended conveyor belt was discretized into beam elements,and a computer model was established.The deformation characteristics of the conveyor belt under concentrated loads were analyzed using RecurDyn.The results show that there is a small gap between the results of software simulation and the results of lateral pressure distribution of the suspended conveyor belt obtained by the theory of soil pressure,which satisfies the numerical simulation model that can be used to realize the deformation dynamics analysis of the conveyor belt under pressure.2.Magnetoelectric mixed suspension belt conveyor for model building,on the basis of the simplified model,based on magnetic levitation characteristics of belt conveyor equipment,comparing different types of conveyor belt performance,in the ANSYS,to establish a suitable selection of maglev fabric core conveyer belt unit type,to build numerical calculating unit model,the finite element analysis was carried on,in the Matlab data analysis was carried out on the deformation of suspension conveyor belt.The analysis results show that the vertical deformation of the suspended conveyor belt increases gradually with the increase of load,the relative length of the edge and the central range of the suspended conveyor belt remains the same,but the force on the edge produces greater tension,resulting in the constant deformation of the suspended conveyor belt at a certain time.3.Establish meet the maglev belt conveyor belt from horizontal deformation state to channel state,span can change the large deformation dynamic double unit model,the model includes a fixed span unit and a mobile span unit,to simplify the magnetic suspension conveyor belt for the catenary,between the two units to establish feasible boundary conditions,in view of the span variable suspension conveyor belt under the circumstance of finite element model is established and simplified,the ANSYS simulation research on it.The results show that the maximum deformation and span ratio and the simulation results of double unit model is the selection of proper magnetic suspension conveyor belt overall deformation characteristics research,can be achieved by reasonable boundary conditions and relatively easy to spread to more units,so as to grasp the overall deformation characteristics change,has the good engineering reference.4.Development used to observe and validate the experiment device of magnetic suspension conveyor belt deformation characteristics,and use the sensor output signal,using Matlab to analyze the numerical research,compare the theoretical derivation summing rules,combined with suspension conveyor belt deformation dynamics equations,create PC visual interface,test of magnetic suspension conveyor belt deformation monitoring system to meet solve the common problems of engineering of conveyor belt,improve usability engineering,provide reference for green design and use of new type conveyor.Figure[53]table[4]reference[85]...
