Belt conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment widely used in various industries.With the development of productivity,higher requirements have been put forward on the design method,design efficiency and design accuracy of belt conveyors.The existing belt conveyor computer aided design software is more inclined to theoretical design,most of them can not meet the needs of the actual project,the calculation accuracy is low,and after the completion of the design can not know the key equipment in working conditions,and can not be tested Whether the selected device meets the user's needs.This paper uses C# programming language and Access database platform,according to the design principle of belt conveyor and finite element analysis method,has developed a set of belt conveyor design calculation,equipment selection and finite element analysis of key components of the system.The system is divided into five modules: user management,data input,design calculation,equipment selection and finite element analysis of key components according to the design process of the belt conveyor,and a large number of databases are established to realize the calculation and selection of belt conveyors.Line sketching,automatic database updating and automatic analysis of key components are verified through examples.The system has extremely high calculation accuracy,and the stiffness and strength of key components can be checked based on the results of finite element analysis.Can be well applied to practical engineering problems and has strong practical value.
