The Research On Service Outsourcing Risk Managet Of A Company

With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology,service outsourcing is growing and has become an indispensable part of enterprise management.The risk of service outsourcing involves awide range and the related stakeholder network is complex.This study mainly studies the project risk management from the perspective of the demand side of service outsourcing.By consulting relevant literature and books on service outsourcing and risk management at home and abroad,this paper aims to understand the development status of the project industry and select appropriate research methods and tools from theoretical knowledge to be applied to risk management research.The research method of this paper is to combine theory with practice,take the power grid operation monitoring project of company A as the research object,identify and analyze project risks from the whole life cycle of the project,find out key factors of project risks,and make solutions and risk monitoring.Through investigation and analysis of the whole process of business development,understand the’operation system of the industry and enterprises,and use fishbone diagram and flow chart to identify risks;Event tree is used for qualitative and quantitative risk analysis to make countermeasures.Through risk management,the existing risks of the project are greatly reduced and successful risk prevention and response reference is provided for future projects.Comparing with the related studies abroad,this paper aims to find solutions that are in line with the actual development of China.By comparing the relevant cases in China,this paper aims to find the risk solutions for the operation of relevant projects in the industry.With the continuous development of our economy,our country’s power grid enterprise business is constantly deepening,in order to further adapt to business development,the various parts of the industry is also in the radical reform,the need of diversification of forms of service outsourcing is imminent,believe in the near future on the grid service outsourcing both in form and content have great breakthrough and more in line with the industry and the development of enterprises.New forms of service outsourcing also make it easier to identify and manage project risks.
