| R City Service Outsourcing Industrial Park needs to be invested a lot of money and energy in the four stages of planning,construction,operation and maintenance.In the industrial park construction project,it will also involve technology,economy,management,organization and other aspects.It has the characteristics of large capital investment,wide coverage and long construction period,which means that the service outsourcing industrial park in R city is faced with challenges from technology,The influence of various risk factors such as capital,management,organization,etc.,if not handled properly,it may cause great obstacles to the smooth completion of the construction project of the service outsourcing industrial park in R city.Therefore,risk management has become the construction of the service outsourcing industrial park in R city.It is an indispensable and important link in the project process and a key factor to ensure the smooth delivery and use of the park.This paper takes the construction project of the service outsourcing industrial park in R city as the research object,evaluates the risk management of the project,proposes corresponding countermeasures,analyze and manage the common and special risks in the process of project construction,and to provide decision-making basis and reference for the high-quality completion of the project.Firstly,on the basis of briefly expounding the general situation of the service outsourcing industrial park project in R city,through on-the-spot investigation method and interview method to collect and sort out the relevant data of the industrial park construction,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of project risk management;On the basis of the principle of risk identification,the project risk was identified by comprehensive use of brainstorming method and Delphi method,and a total of 14 risk factors distributed in 4 stages of the project were identified.Under the guidance of the evaluation principle,the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are selected to evaluate the risk of the construction project of the service outsourcing industrial park in R city.The risk level is determined;finally,based on the project risk assessment results,corresponding strategies are put forward for each risk factor from four perspectives: investment decision-making stage,design stage,construction stage,and completion acceptance stage. |
