With the advancement of science and technology and the development of society,the number of cars in our country continues to rise.Driving experience and healthy interior environment have become two important issues that people pay attention to,and the quality of the air environment in the car has become an important factor affecting people’s health.Due to the complex composition and source of pollutants in the vehicle,it can not be completely eliminated from the root.Only effective measures can be taken to reduce the concentration of pollutants or slow down the emission rate of pollutants.In this context,this paper studies and develops a vehicle air environment purification system with intelligent,convenient and efficient characteristics.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,through the analysis of the main components of the pollutants in the vehicle are TVOC(total volatile organic compounds),formaldehyde and other gases,targeted purification modules such as activated carbon,ultraviolet light,photocatalyst,ozone and other auxiliary purification modules such as PTC electric auxiliary heating device,centrifugal fan are selected.Through the scientific combination of various purification methods,combined with the special mechanical structure,air circuit principle,intelligent control system and humanzied interface,the device of air environment purification system in the vehicle is designed.Secondly,through the establishment of simulation experiment device,design the contrast experiment.Compared with the direct purification method,the photocatalytic purification of benzene,toluene and xylene has been improved under the ultraviolet irradiation;Then,combined with the electrochemical detection sensor of formaldehyde and the designed purification system,the degradation experiment of vehicle leather fabric is carried out,and the experimental data are analyzed and processed.It is concluded that the formaldehyde emission rate of vehicle leather fabric after purification is reduced 69.28%.Through two sets of experiments,it was verified that the design of the air environment purification system combining multiple purification methods is reasonable and efficient.Finally,according to the complex compartment environment,carriage is divided into three key positions: front and rear row seats,windows and ceiling.The classification research is carried out,and a reasonable rotation algorithm of the steering engine is designed from the perspective of efficient purification and medicine liquid saving.
