With the popularization of green building concept in the world,people pay more and more attention to what kind of building can be called green building.Under the background that the world pays attention to environmental protection and the concept of green building prevails,many different green building evaluation systems have been derived.After more than 20 years of continuous development,green building evaluation system has been gradually formed and optimized in China.As the fundamental technical standard for the development of green building in China,"green building evaluation standard" has experienced three modifications,and finally obtained the "green building evaluation standard"(GB / T 50378-2019)hereinafter referred to as "green building standard".After the last revision,it has basically reached the international leading level.At present,with the continuous improvement of architectural design requirements,scientific and technological content and functional requirements,it is more and more urgent to solve the problems of building ecological environment and performance requirements.From the perspective of combining theory and practice,this paper takes a residential area as an example,and establishes BIM information model combined with the application of BIM Technology in green building design method,Through the use of sville green energy-saving analysis software,the outdoor environment simulation analysis is carried out and the corresponding data are obtained.According to the green building standards and other relevant specifications,the residential area is evaluated,and the green transformation design is investigated from the perspective of architecture,so as to realize the multi-functional comprehensive prediction of the existing building greening reconstruction.After putting forward the transformation scheme,the analysis software is used to analyze the transformation scheme.The conclusions are as follows(1)In the process of green building renovation,BIM Technology is introduced,and the consistency of BIM Technology is used,so that the problem of information transmission is not difficult in the process of green building design.Based on the four characteristics of BIM Technology,this paper puts forward some improvement suggestions on the existing architectural design mode,breaking the traditional architectural design mode.(2)The success or failure of a transformation scheme requires simulation calculation.Otherwise,if the actual transformation is carried out directly,new problems may arise due to the defects of the transformation scheme.Moreover,the verification of the transformation scheme needs to be measured in detail within a few years.This method will cause a lot of resource consumption,and if the simulation calculation is used,it can effectively reduce the construction cost In order to improve the feasibility of green transformation of existing buildings,the trial error cost of green transformation is proposed.
