| In recent years,with the acceleration of construction industrialization and the rapid development of economy,energy consumption.and greenhouse effect are also increasing.Because BIM technology can combine with the project cycle of construction projects to carry out the corresponding project information management,so as to achieve the construction period,construction quality,construction cost of three synchronous control,shorten the project.The construction cycle can effectively improve the technical level of Engineering buildings.Therefore,the application of BIM technology in the field of green building has attracted wide attention.The research of green building based on BIM technology has become a research hotspot at home and abroad.The development and application of BIM technology has become an inevitable trend in the green construction industry.The details of the study are as follows:(1)In this paper,the scope,content and index of green building evaluation in China are analyzed in depth,and the application of BIM in green label is expounded.BIM model is imported into analysis software to produce data and digital green label.According to these evaluation items,the related green performance is analyzed.The combination of the provisions on light and wind environment with BIM is listed in detail.(2)Compared with the traditional green building performance analysis process,the process of performance analysis of green building based on BIM technology is complex and poor synergy.It is proposed that the process of performance analysis of green building should be started at the stage of architectural scheme design.It can achieve the mode of design-simulation-analysis-conclusion-optimization integration,which can not only guide the design of green building in a real sense.It also reduces the time of repeated modeling.(3)A hospital in Changsha was selected as the research object.In the early stage of project design,the Revit model of the building was imported into Ecotect and Vent2016 software to simulate the light and wind environment respectively,and the evaluation criteria were analyzed.In the light environment simulation,this paper studies the format conversion between Revit and Ecotect software,and finds that gbXML format file is the best;uses Ecotect software to simulate and analyze the sunshine of the project,and the results meet the standard requirements;uses Ecotect software to simulate the shading,sunshine,natural lighting and visual field of the rooms with different groups of sunshades.The design of sunshade is optimized by analysis.In wind environment simulation,Revit model can be imported into Swell Vent 2016 according to Swell’s unique Revit software interface.The analysis shows that it meets the requirements of the standard.This paper focuses on the simulation and analysis of light and wind environment as an example to verify the reliability and feasibility of the combination of BIM technology and performance analysis of green buildings. |
