| As an important index of automobile brake,the value of slip resistance directly affects the braking performance of automobile brake.At present,the detection device and testing method of brake clamp slip resistance testing are relatively backward,with low degree of automation and poor accuracy.To solve the present problem,according to industry standards and enterprise test requirements,piston sliding resistance test plan formulation,the introduction of high-precision servo precision load control,data acquisition,measurement system analysis techniques,such as linear load mechanism of dynamic simulation design,developed a set of slip resistance comprehensive performance test system,to achieve its seal,piston sliding resistance properties of testing and evaluation.The research mainly includes:(1)Mainly for the analysis of the mechanical structure and working method of motor vehicle caliper.Based on the analysis of the force balance of the component and the study of the law of hydraulic flow,the mathematical model of the hydraulic system of automobile brake clamp was established,and the MATLAB/Simulink simulation software was applied to build the simulation model and obtain the characteristic curve,which provided theoretical basis and reference value for the design of the follow-up sliding resistance performance detection system.(2)According to the industry standard QC/T 592-2013 and the requirements of enterprises,develop the sliding resistance test plan,and test the vacuum tightness,high hydraulic tightness and sliding resistance of the system.(3)Based on the overall design of the testing system software,the system software was designed by using Lab View,which realized the detection of the sliding resistance performance of automobile brake clamps and the storage of data.(4)During the system test,a brand of brake caliper was selected.Through data analysis,a method for evaluation of uncertainty is established.The uncertainty of the calculated sliding resistance is 1.18 N,which meets the requirement of system control accuracy and the source of system error is analyzed.According to the analysis data,compared with the hydraulic simulation results,the test results are more accurate and the system stability is better.This subject design system meets the requirements of the national standards,can be used industrially. |
