Research On The Integration Of Intelligent Building And Intelligent Community

With the emergence of integrated office-residential construction model, intelligent building and intelligent community begin to appear in a same park. But as they often use different hardware, software products and technologies, they are independent of each other. There is little effective communication and information sharing between them, which brings a lot of inconvenience to the management for the whole park. So it is necessary to integrate them to realize information & resources full sharing and unified management for all intelligent systems. At the same time, their integration is an important aspect of digital communities and digital cities construction.This paper researches system integration of intelligent building and intelligent community, and puts forward an overall integrated solution and its specific realization. Firstly, the paper researches the background of domestic and international actuality and development of intelligent building and integrated software development, and analyzes the necessity and the importance of integration of intelligent building and intelligent community.Secondly, the paper analyzes and compares the system integration technologies, including protocol conversion technology, unified protocol technology, OPC technology, ODBC technology, middleware technology. Besides the Web trend of system integration is researched.Thirdly, the paper analyzes the need of integration system of the park, basing on the intelligent subsystems of intelligent building and intelligent community, and designs an overall program of integrated system by using integration platform basing on Web-Architecture and OPC technology. And its functions are designed in detail.Then, the paper gives a general realization of integrated platform. By integrating intelligent building and intelligent community experimental systems Of Chang'an University intelligent building laboratory, thus validate the technical realization of both systems'integration, which provides reference to digital communities and digital city construction. In the last,the mostly accomplished tasks are summarized, and further improvement put forward. The research provides a solution to the management of intelligent systems for the park which integrated intelligent building and intelligent community, conforming to the digital and intelligent management demand, and has practical application perspective.
